Next steps:

  • You will receive your media kit in 2-3 weeks which includes a CSI poster and 300 invoice stickers.
  • Use the media kit to direct your customers to where they can complete the customer feedback survey online.
  • Login into your ALR portal (login credentials below):
    • Click on “Email CSI Survey Directly to Customers” where you can email survey invitations to an email customer list.
    • Click on “TRACS Legacy Integration“.  If you are a TRACS Legacy user, customers can be automatically emailed a survey invitation after a closed repair order (once the TRACS-CSI link is installed).
